This policy describes how Indraprastha Publications (“we”, “our”), the operator of llcbystate.com, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit the site. We have written it to be readable in plain English and to comply with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we collect

(a) Information you give us

  • Your name, email address, and message contents when you use our contact form.
  • This site has no accounts or comments, so nothing else is collected from you directly.

(b) Information collected automatically

  • Request data. Our hosting provider processes standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL, referrer) to deliver the site and prevent abuse. We do not combine it with other data or use it to identify individual visitors.
  • Cookies and similar. See our Cookie Policy for the full list. We use a strictly-necessary functional cookie for consent state, plus optional cookies (advertising, analytics) that are set only after you grant consent.
  • Advertising data. If/when Google AdSense is enabled, Google sets cookies and processes pseudonymous identifiers to serve and measure ads. Google’s processing is described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
  • Analytics. If/when Google Analytics 4 is enabled, GA4 collects pseudonymous event data with IP anonymisation enabled.

3. Lawful basis (GDPR Art. 6 / DPDPA sections 4 to 7)

  • Consent: cookies for advertising and analytics; email replies you initiate.
  • Legitimate interest: security logs, abuse prevention, basic site operation.
  • Legal obligation: responding to valid law-enforcement or court requests.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal data. Categories of recipients:

  • Hosting and delivery: Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages and its content delivery network), which serves this site and protects it from abuse.
  • Advertising: Google LLC (AdSense), only where consent has been granted.
  • Analytics: Google LLC (GA4), only where consent has been granted.
  • Contact form and email: Cloudflare, Inc. delivers contact form messages to our email provider (Google LLC, Gmail), used only to receive and reply to messages you send us. Form submissions are not stored on this site.
  • Authorities: when legally required.

5. International transfers

The site is operated from India. Some processors (Google, Cloudflare) operate globally and may transfer data outside the EEA, UK, and India. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards as published by those processors.

6. Your rights

Under DPDPA 2023 (India)

  • Right to access, correction, completion, and erasure of your personal data.
  • Right to nominate another person to exercise rights on your behalf.
  • Right of grievance: first to our Grievance Officer above; thereafter to the Data Protection Board of India.
  • Right to withdraw consent.

Under GDPR (EU/UK)

  • Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

To exercise any right, use our contact form and choose the Privacy topic. We will respond within 30 days (DPDPA / GDPR) and will not charge a fee unless your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

7. Children

The site is not directed to children under 18 (DPDPA threshold) or under 16 (GDPR child threshold for digital services in some EU member states). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Retention

  • Hosting-provider request logs: kept according to the provider's retention policy.
  • Contact form messages and email correspondence: up to 24 months.
  • Consent records: as long as your consent is in effect, plus 24 months for evidence.

9. Security

We serve every page over HTTPS from Cloudflare's network and set security headers, including a Content Security Policy and HSTS. The site is static, with no user accounts and no database of personal data. No system is perfectly secure; you accept residual risk in using the site.

10. Changes to this policy

We will update this page if our practices change. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent change.

11. Jurisdiction

Disputes regarding this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Karimnagar, Telangana, India.
